This is one of about 5 quotes that I say to myself every day.  This quote is an example of why I train so hard and have the dedication to improve myself every day.  It’s how I try to lead by example and motivate others.  No excuses, no shortcuts; just hard work and dedication… the will to succeed!  I don’t believe in perfection but I do believe in excellence and owning up to the moments when I don’t make the best choices (nutritionally or in a lack of effort in training, etc.).  Maybe you will be that person who thinks this way and motivates others by leading by example.  It’s in all of you… but you have to walk the walk and work your ass off.

KETTLESPORT

- Elite Athlete Performance -

Kettlesport is Tampa Combat’s high intensity, fitness training program that combines the use of kettlebells with other high performance fitness concepts. These classes cover a great number of elite athletic performance methods to ensure a positive, high energy training session.  Classes vary on a daily basis allowing different training concepts to mix up routines, decrease redundancy and keep muscle confusion training at higher peaks. The focus is to keep the mundane away and push your body to your ultimate fitness level. That means that ANYONE can train.  Everyone has room to improve and everyone can get stronger. All you have to do is put in the effort and the results will be your reward… no matter who you are!

You will be taught all of the proper mechanics in swinging and using kettlebells to ensure the safest and most effective training possible.  KETTLESPORT integrates the use of kettlebells with kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, yoga and more, bringing a full body workout and great cardio training together.  It’s a one of a kind training experience and it’s great for beginners as well as Professional Athletes.

Kettlesport fitness classes will focus on such things as:

  • Outdoor training (hills, stairs, climbs, free running, etc.)
  • Kettlebell training
  • Cross-training
  • Strength & conditioning
  • Stretching / flexibility enhancement,
  • Plyometrics
  • Speed & agility training
  • Fight Fitness concepts.

This class is a circuit training class that utilizes the Kettlebell (KB) as the primary tool.  Students in this class will learn how to correctly swing and lift the kettlebell as well as how to use two KBs at once.  Along with the (KBs), students will be doing various exercises ranging from plyometrics, yoga, speed & agility, etc. to improve their overall fitness levels.  This class is ideal for the anyone who wants to get a full body workout, lose weight, tone, increase endurance & mobility, improve functional strength and take their current sport of play to the next level. This class is perfect for the females who are looking for a boot camp type of training.  You will love this workout! Classes will be 1 hour.

These classes will help you lose weight, improve functional strength & agility and can motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. COMBAT FIT

This is a high intensity fitness class for Women & Men and all levels are welcome.  It’s a 30 minute, cardio based class combining kickboxing & MMA training techniques.  This class consists of 5 x 5 minute rounds of striking, grappling and MMA drills that strengthen your core, burns calories, decreases stress, and improves your overall functional strength. CombatFit gives you the opportunity to train like a Pro MMA Fighter and Kickboxer without having to worry about the fight.  Get real results and train like the Pros do!!!
