Kettlesport is Tampa Combat’s high intensity, fitness training program that combines the use of kettlebells with other high performance fitness concepts. These classes cover a great number of elite athletic performance methods to ensure a positive, high energy training session. Classes vary on a daily basis allowing different training concepts to mix up routines, decrease redundancy and keep muscle confusion training at higher peaks. You will be taught all of the proper mechanics in swinging and using kettlebells to ensure the safest and most effective training possible. KETTLESPORT integrates the use of kettlebells with kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, yoga and more, bringing a full body workout and great cardio training together. This class is a circuit training class that utilizes the Kettlebell (KB) as the primary tool. Students in this class will learn how to correctly swing and lift the kettlebell as well as how to use two KBs at once. Along with the (KBs), students will be doing various exercises ranging from plyometrics, yoga, speed & agility, etc. to improve their overall fitness levels. This class is ideal for the anyone who wants to get a full body workout, lose weight, tone, increase endurance & mobility, improve functional strength and take their current sport of play to the next level. This class is perfect for the females who are looking for a boot camp type of training. You will love this workout! Classes will be 1 hour.

This is a high intensity fitness class for Women ONLY and all levels of fitness are welcome. It’s a 60 minute, cardio based class combining kickboxing & core fitness training techniques. This class will strengthen your core, burns calories, decreases stress, and improves your overall functional strength.
